Horsepower

Staff Sgt. Patrick McPherson performs a superman exercise June 3 at Balad Air Base, Iraq. The exercise works muscles in the lower back. Members of the 557th Expeditionary RED HORSE Squadron meet early each morning to workout as a unit, promote the Air Force's fit-to-fight lifestyle and to build morale. The 557th ERHS staff provides direct support to the Army's 20th Engineer Brigade for large-scale construction projects throughout Iraq. Sergeant McPherson is a 557th ERHS structural maintenance member deployed from Patrick Air Force Base, Fla. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman Julianne Showalter)
