Herculean support for convoys
Staff Sgt. Ronnie James ushers a pallet of cargo into a C-130 Hercules during a combat mission May 7 at Balad Air Base, Iraq. Members of the 777th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron help prevented convoy vehicles and servicemembers from traveling along improvised explosive device-laden Iraqi roads by airlifting troops and supplies throughout the area of operations. Sergeant James is a 777th EAS loadmaster deployed from Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman Julianne Showalter)
