New experimental equipment enhances Airmen capabilities
Senior Airman Brandon Parker tests new experimental gear in the field during Exercise Northern Edge May 12 at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. After several tests, the Airmen are providing feedback on how the equipment worked and if improvements could be made before the equipment will be used in combat situations years from now. Airman Parker is a tactical air control party Airman assigned to Det. 1, 3rd Air Support Operation Squadron from Fort Richardson, Alaska. (U.S. Air Force photo/Airman 1st Class Jonathan Snyder)
