Red Jensen prepares to launch the prototype of the Arcturus unmanned aerial vehicle May 7 during Northern Edge 2008, at a test site in the Pacific Alaska Range Complex. The UAV is a brainchild of the Air Force Research Laboratory and is designed for a myriad of aerial reconnaissance, monitoring and communications duties.
