Wing program helps Airmen get Fit to Fight
Tech. Sgt. Chad Gibson, replacing a transformer in a generator battery charging system, is participating in the 380th Air Expeditionary Wing's Body Mass Reduction Program at an air base in Southwest Asia. He started his deployment weighing 233 pounds at 72 inches tall, giving him a body mass index of 31.5. His goal is to drop to 205 pounds which would give him a BMI of 27.7.
