Eddie Evans (left) and Troy Rappleye hand an ultrahigh frequency satellite antenna to Michael Williams that is being installed at an airbase in Southwest Asia. The antenna will provide a wideband link to the Navy's first Global Hawk in the area of operations. Mr. Rappleye and Mr. Williams are field support representatives for L3 Communications, while Mr. Evans is an aircraft ground technician with Northrop-Grumman. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt.
