POW/MIA bracelet presented to family
Maj. Phil Heseltine presents a prisoner of war/missing in action bracelet he wore for 18 years to the Chuck Woods, son of Maj. Robert F. Woods, whose name is on the bracelet, during the funeral for Major Woods April 9 at Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia. Mr. Woods then presented the bracelet to his own son.
