Air Force Capt.Travis Elliot takes off in a C-17 Globemaster III from Nairobi, Kenya after transporting 20 Navy Seabees, two water well drilling rigs and more than 100,000 pounds of equipment as part of a humanitarian well drilling mission enabling critical water supplies to regions in severe drought conditions.
