Afghan mayors visit Manas
Col. Christopher Bence explains the KC-135 Stratotanker mission to two local Kyrgyz village mayors during a Dec. 10 tour of Manas Air Base, Kyrgyzstan. Leaders from six villages around Manas AB visited the base and had lunch with wing leaders. The visit strengthened friendships and issues affecting the local villages that the base can assist with were discussed. Colonel Bence is the 376th Air Expeditionary Wing commander.
