More than 3,000 Soldiers donated a toy for a lottery ticket and the chance to jump under a foreign, jumpmaster earning them their foreign jump wings. This year, German and Irish jumpmasters will be issuing the commands from C-130 Hercules aircraft during the operation. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Jeremy Lock)
