The Iraqi leaders were taken to the bedsides of their injured countrymen by Col. Timothy Halligan, the 332nd Expeditionary Medical Group deputy commander (center). Major DeFlorio is the Air Force Theater Hospital emergency department officer in charge. Major DeFlorio and Colonel Halligan are deployed from Lackland Air Force Base, Texas.
