To the rescue
Staff Sgt. Jonathan Courtright is hoisted up onboard an HH-60G Pave Hawk by Master Sgt. Ernest Garcia after rescuing a downed F-15 Eagle pilot as part of a crisis management exercise Oct. 8 off the coast of Okinawa, Japan. Members of the 18th Wing from Kadena Air Base, Japan, and the Japanese coast guard rehearsed response procedures for a simulated over the water aircraft accident.
