Airman exemplifies Wingman concept, saves life during mission
Airmen 1st Class William Dale, left, and Thomas Everett talk about how quick thinking avoided a tragic incident Aug. 26 at an air base in Southwest Asia. During a cargo mission in early August, Airman Everett saved Airman Dale from hypoxia and possible brain damage from oxygen deprivation. Airman Everett has been nominated for the Airman's Medal for his efforts. Both Airmen are deployed from Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., and are assigned to the 386th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Raheem Moore)
