Airman 1st Class Edmond Lipinski tracks suspected movements on radar during a E-8C Joint STARS mission over Iraq Sept. 1. The flight marked 40,000 combat hours supporting the war on terrorism for the deployed Airmen of the 116th Air Control Wing.
