Program helps deployed Airmen with career decisions
Master Sgt. Will Brown shows Staff Sgt. Enzzo Ferrari some of the tasks of a C-17 Globemaster III loadmaster June 24 in Southwest Asia. The two are participating in a mentor/shadow program designed to help younger Airmen who are deployed make major career decisions while far away from career advisors and other personnel specifically trained to help in those areas. Sergeant Ferrari is interested in cross-training from the 379th Expeditionary Operations Support Squadron. Sergeant Brown is a member of the 816th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron.
