Black talked to Fanning about explosive and mechanical means of forcing entry into spaces while other members of his team briefed the secretary on weapons and tactics. The TRF’s mission is to protect or if need be, recapture the 90th Missile Wings nuclear assets. Black is a 90th Security Group Tactical Response Force breacher.
