Amry Lt. Gen. David Perkins congratulates Maj. Jason Earley as he is recognized for receiving several Command and General Staff College awards Dec. 13, 2013 during graduation for the 2013-02 Command and General Staff Officer Course at the Lewis and Clark Center at Fort Leavenworth, Kan. Earley was recognized as the class's top U.S. graduate with the General George C. Marshall Award, as the Distinguished Master Tactician with the General George S. Patton Jr. Master Tactician Award, and as the student who best exemplifies the highest qualities of a member of the profession of arms with the Arter-Doniphan Award.
