108th Wing holds ATSO Rodeo
Airmen don their M50 protective masks as they brush up on their chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear, self-aid and buddy care skills Feb. 9, 2014, at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J. The exercise was part of the New Jersey Air National Guard 108th Wing’s Ability to Survive and Operate Rodeo evaluation. The Airmen also practiced post-attack reconnaissance and maintenance of their Beretta M9 pistols and M16 rifles. These skills enable Airmen to function effectively in hostile environments.
