A Civil Air Patrol aircraft with airmen from the 181st Intelligence Wing, Indiana Air National Guard taxis on the ramp prior the Operation Blue Sky Incident Analysis and Assessment mission over central Indiana Feb. 21, 2014. The 181st IW deployed an Aerial Collections Team to conduct aerial assessment of flooding in Tippecanoe and Fulton Counties in order to provide Indiana Department of Homeland Security with an accurate assessment of flooding.
