Former Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Ronald R. Fogleman was honored during an unveiling of a bronze bust that memorialized him and his contributions to the air mobility community Oct. 9, 2014, at Scott Air Force Base, Ill. The event also formally recognized him as the 23rd inductee into the Airlift/Tanker Association's Hall of Fame.
