Maj. Erick Brough watches as a U.S. Air Force C-17 Globemaster III cargo aircraft performs an assault landing, Oct. 1, 2014, at Altus Air Force Base, Okla. Brough is monitoring the aircraft through Assault Landing Zone cameras that were recently installed on the flight line. Before the cameras were implemented, a qualified instructor had to stay close by the runway to track where each aircraft touched down.
