Lt. Col. Luke Lokowich, the 5th Reconnaissance Squadron commander, his wife Lindsey and his chidren Avery, Jacob, and Abigail, at Osan Air Base, South Korea. Fifteen years ago, Lokowich’s lost his wife, JoAnne when she suffered a cerebral hemorrhaging due to an aneurism.
