SCANG partners with Richland County Sheriff's Department for active shooter exercise
Senior Master Sgt. Larry Smith, a 169th Force Support Squadron base training manager and reserve deputy with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department, acts as a sniper during an active shooter exercise at McEntire Joint National Guard Base, S.C., Aug. 20, 2015.
