Planes over water

AIR FORCE PHOTOS

Staff Sgt. Edgar Hooks, a 60th Maintenance Squadron avionics specialist, and Staff Sgt. Sean Richardson, the 821st Contingency Response Support Squadron transmission systems supervisor, used their Air Force training to save the life of a 6-year-old boy who was drowning in a friend's pool. Richardson pulled the unconscious child from the bottom of a 10-feet-deep pool and Hooks resuscitated the boy by performing CPR. (U.S. Air Force photo/Ken Wright)
