Jennifer Swann, the 379th Expeditionary Medical Group Blood Transshipment Center officer in charge, scoops out dry ice from a freezer inside the Blood Transshipment Center at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, Jan. 13, 2016. Dry ice is needed to keep blood cool throughout the shipping process. The facility can house more than 4,000 pounds of dry ice.
