National Guard forces continue post-storm assistance

Virginia National Guard Soldiers assigned to the Pulaski-based Company D, 1st Battalion, 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team assist the Waynesboro First Aid Crew with a rescue call Jan. 23, 2016, near Waynesboro, Va. The first-aid crew was unable to reach the location of the call with their ambulance, so the Soldiers drove them to the residence, cleared them a path in the snow, then transported the patient back to the ambulance for evacuation.
