Capt. Jonathan Shepard, the 4th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron aircraft maintenance unit officer in charge at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina, was the cornerstone for supporting 18 F-15E Strike Eagles deployed to Southwest Asia.
