Lt. Gen. Sam Cox, the 18th Air Force commander, was invited to sit on the Army Airborne Board, a newly formed group that oversees Army airborne operations. Ongoing work by the Air Force and Army has filled training schedules by streamlining the Joint Airborne/Air Transportability Training program, an online system used by military units to request air support. "The chute count is higher now than it was a year ago, and we're going to continue to build on that," Cox said. (U.S. Air Force photo/Master Sgt. Brian Ferguson)
