BULGARIAN MILITARY, RAMSTEIN AIRMEN CONDUCT PERSONNEL DROPS
Bulgarian paratroopers descend from a C-130J Super Hercules during Exercise Thracian Spring 17 at Plovdiv Regional Airport, Bulgaria, March 20, 2017. Airmen from the 37th Airlift Squadron, 435th Contingency Response Group, and 86th Airlift Wing, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, partnered with the Bulgarian military for the two-week exercise. The U.S. Air Force’s forward presence in Europe allows Airmen to work hand-in-hand with Allies to develop and improve ready air forces that are capable of maintaining regional security.
