Partnership enables JB Charleston sealift relief efforts to Puerto Rico
A longshoreman guides a truck carrying cargo onto the USNS Brittin Oct. 29, 2017, at Joint Base Charleston Naval Weapons Station, S.C. As the first shipment makes its way through the Atlantic Ocean, the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s cargo receiving efforts continue at the installation support base here in preparation for future sealifts.
