Airmen assigned to the 200th Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron, or RED HORSE, Ohio Air National Guard, depart for Puerto Rico from Mansfield, Ohio following activation in response to earthquake disaster relief efforts, Jan. 17, 2020.
