A survival, evasion, resistance and escape specialist and 920th Rescue Wing pararescuemen watch for threats as a patient simulating injuries are loaded onto an HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopter at Avon Park Air Force Range, Fla., Nov. 18, 2022.
