  • Air Reserve TFSC call center agents take on 24-hour operations

    Effective Aug. 1, the Air Reserve Personnel Center’s call center will centralize at the Air Force's Personnel Center call center at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas. With this centralization, ARPC’s more than 1.3 million customers will now have access to Total Force Service Center call agents 24/7, 361 days a year by calling 1-800-525-0102, 210-565-0102 or DSN 665-0102.

    Retired Air Force pilots holding Air Force Specialty Code 11X are encouraged to apply for the Voluntary Retired Return to Active Duty Program in order to fill rated staff positions to help alleviate the existing manning shortages within the Air Force rated pilot community.

  • Leader training on Blended Retirement System available via mobile app

    The online Blended Retirement System leader course, released in June, is designed to educate leaders on the new retirement system. The training provides both military and civilian leaders of Airmen with a working knowledge of the BRS and the Defense Department plan to educate the force prior to implementation on Jan. 1, 2018.
  • New co-chairman joins Air Force’s retiree council

    A new co-chairman will share the head of the table at this year's Air Force Retiree Council meeting in May. Retired Lt. Gen. Stephen Hoog, who left active duty in October, succeeds retired Lt. Gen. Steven Polk as council co-chair with retired Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force Rodney McKinley.
  • TRICARE retiree dental program open for new enrollment

    The TRICARE Retiree Dental Program (TRDP) offers comprehensive dental coverage to all enrolled members. Available to retired service members and their family, retired National Guard and Reserve members and their family, Medal of Honor recipients, their family and survivors, TRDP is currently open for enrollment.
