Feb. 27, 2019 EQ-4 Global Hawk Controlled‘Beyond Line of Sight’ One of the assets flying missions from Al Dhafra Air Base, is the EQ-4 Global Hawk. This remotely piloted aircraft previously required coordination with other bases to control it while in the air. Now by utilizing technology this process can be conducted locally.
