  • RQ-170 Sentinel

    The RQ-170 is a low observable unmanned aircraft system being developed, tested and fielded by the Air Force. It will provide reconnaissance and surveillance in support of the joint forces commander.

  • BQM-167A Air Force Subscale Aerial Target

    The BQM-167A is a high-performance, remotely-controlled subscale aerial target used to provide a threat-representative target drone to support the Air-to-Air Weapon System Evaluation Program and other Air Force and Department of Defense air-to-air test and evaluation programs.

  • QF-4 Aerial Target

    The supersonic QF-4 is a reusable full-scale, remotely piloted aerial target modified from the F-4 Phantom. The QF-4 provides a realistic full-scale target for air-to-air weapons system evaluation, development and testing at Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla., and Holloman AFB, N.M.

  • E-9A

    The E-9A is a twin turboprop used as a surveillance platform to ensure the Gulf of Mexico waters are clear of civilian boaters and aircraft during live missile launches and other hazardous military activities. The E-9A provides support for air-to-air weapons system evaluation.

  • High Velocity Maintenance

    In early fiscal 2007,  the idea "high velocity maintenance" was outlined in a paper on how to move aircraft through a depot faster by increasing man-hours per day. In May 2007 a steering group and subsequent high performance team was established to develop the HVM concept.

  • Modular Airborne Fire Fighting System

    The Modular Airborne Fire Fighting System, or MAFFS, Program provides emergency capability to supplement existing commercial tanker support on wildland fires.  MAFFS aids the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Forest Service.

    The Scan Eagle small unmanned aircraft system, or UAS, provides real-time direct situational awareness and force protection information for Air Force security forces expeditionary teams. The Scan Eagle is a Group 2 Small UAS.

  • RQ-11B Raven

    The RQ-11B Raven small unmanned aircraft system provides real-time direct intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance and target information for Air Force Security Forces. The Raven falls into the class of Air Force small UAS known as man-packable UAS.

  • High-speed Anti-Radiation Missile Targeting System

    The High-speed Anti-Radiation Missile Targeting System, or HTS, is a system for use on the Air Force's F-16CJ Block 50/52 Fighting Falcon. This targeting system is the cornerstone of the suppression of enemy air defense mission.
