A mine-resistant ambush-protected all-terrain vehicle waits to be unloaded Nov. 9, 2009, from a Boeing 747 at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan. The M-ATVs support mounted patrols, reconnaissance, security, convoy protection, communications, command and control, and combat service support.
