JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-RANDOLPH, Texas -- The Air Force Recruiting Service's response to COVID-19 includes virtual recruiting efforts and agile shipping, which is the focus of Air Education and Training Command's latest “The Air Force Starts Here” podcast, released April 16.
Dan Hawkins from the AETC public affairs office sits down with Master Sgt. Dana Bezile, 360th Recruiting Group operations flight chief and Master Sgt. Ernest Coleman, 369th Recruiting Squadron enlisted accessions flight chief, about life in the virtual recruiting world and how AFRS are using technology more than ever to work with new accessions. The veteran recruiters will also talk about the efforts being made in the agile shipping arena, which is the Air Force Recruiting Service’s ability to balance the mission to build and maintain the strength of the Air Force with the need for individual and public safety.
The professional development podcasts are designed to help communicate and inform Total Force Airmen across the globe on relevant, timely topics related to the recruiting, training, education and development fields and can be listened to on the government network on the AETC website and DVIDS, or via mobile application as well as on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and Google Play.
