The Air Force has two commissioning programs for enlisted Airmen who have, or are close to having, their nursing degrees. The Nurse Enlisted Commissioning Programs helps you finish your degree while the Direct Enlisted Commissioning Program is open to enlisted Airmen with a nursing degree and license. Jumper Awards for Excellence in Warfighting Integration and the Air Force Information Dominance Annual Awards. Teams from Air Combat Command and Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri, conducted a site survey at Shaw AFB Dec. 13, to assess the base as a candidate for an MQ-9 Reaper mission. Shaw AFB is one of four installations being evaluated for a wing-level mission, and one of five in the running for a squadron-level mission.
